    Refund Policy

    At Purrfectly Meow, we firmly believe in the value of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. That's why we confidently offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (excluding original shipping charges).


    If it has been over 30 days since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


    Returned products must be in LIKE-NEW physical condition (clean and not physically broken or damaged) and in the original packaging. All accessories originally included with your product must also be included with your return. Failure to follow these terms may result in a denied refund or additional fees deducted from the refunded amount, if applicable.


    Refunds (if applicable):
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.


    Defective Products (if applicable):
    We ask that you report any product defects within 3 days of receiving your order. After 4 days, we will make every attempt to replace your product; however, charges may apply.


    Damaged Goods:
    Please report receipt of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery by sending a picture of the item with its packaging and label to support@purrfectlymeow.com. Failure to report damages within this time frame may result in a denied claim with the carrier, and we may not accept responsibility for the damages.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

    If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@purrfectlymeow.com.


    "Missing an Item" refunds (if applicable):
    If you did not receive the entire order, please contact us immediately and provide a picture of the items received with their information visible. We will analyze what happened and send you the missing product.


    Order Cancellations (if applicable):
    If you'd like to cancel your order, please do it within 24 hours upon placing your order. If your order has still yet to be sent out, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a tracking number, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to cancel your order.


    Bundle:
    If you are returning an item from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.


    Shipping:
    To return your product, mail it to the address provided via email after accepting your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For security, please use an insured carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel, Canada Post etc.) and retain a receipt for your records.
